eScrip is a national fundraising program that is simple & free.  Just register your Vons club Cards on www.eScrip.com& every time you make a purchase Vons will contribute back to Calvary Christian Academy.  Neither your purchase price nor your club points are affected.

Contest Details:

1)      1.  Gather as many new eScrip registrants as you can (already existing CCA eScrip registrants are not counted). 

2)     2.  Please only ask those you know – friends, family, neighbors, out of state relatives, etc.  You may NOT solicit in front of a Vons or other store.

3)      3.  Fill out the attached sheet – all fields must be filled out clearly & completely.  More sheets may be attached – be sure to enter ALL fields.

4)     4.  If a supporter does not know their Vons (or Safeway) Club Card #, have them call 1-877-723-3929 (call anytime, takes less than a minute!)

5)     5.  CCA PTF will enter your supporters’ info onto www.escrip.com; eScrip will send a confirmation e-mail to the supporter.

6)     6.  If a supporter prefers to enter themselves on eScrip, mark the box “supporter will register themselves”.  Direct them to www.escrip.com(click on “sign up” and select Calvary Christian Academy; group ID # 154562666.)        CCA PTF will verify their registration with eScrip.

7)      7.  Turn in your supporter sheet to CCA front office by Friday, December 2, 2011.

8)     8.  Winners will be announced Monday, December 12, 2011.

PTF Meeting October 20

Our second PTF meeting is scheduled for this coming Thursday, October 20 from 6-7pm at CCA in room 202.  All parents and teachers are welcome to join us, as we discuss and plan several exciting upcoming events.  Please email if you will need childcare ptf@calvarysd.com.

We will be discussing several service opportunities at the meeting including the fall festival on October 29.  If  you are unable to attend the meeting but would be willing to serve at the PTF or Moms in Touch food booths that evening (or to help with preparation), please let us know by emailing  ptf@calvarysd.com. 

Also a BIG thank you to all the families who supported PTF and came out to Pat and Oscar's last week!  We had a great evening of food, fellowship, and fun together.  And thanks to your participation, Pat and Oscars is contributing nearly $400 to CCA PTF!
